A Landscape Council Plan is required by most Council's in Australia when the client wishes to build a new home, renovate an existing home, build an in-ground pool, or build a structure on an existing property. Most Council's set a stringent list of requirements that need to be adhered by before the Development Application is looked at and passed. This is often the clients reason for getting Landscape Plans drawn.
Having worked with two of Sydney's biggest Landscape Design companies, Marcus has great knowledge and experience regarding Council Submissions and requirements to get your Development Applications passed quickly.
A Landscape Council Plan starts with an initial meeting (at no charge) on site to get your brief for the job. Concept plans are then developed showing the initial ideas and concepts. After meeting and reviewing these, they are further developed into a draft Council Plan. Then a final Council Plan is drafted ready for submission.
